"Hotel Room initially ok, but shower is a safety hazard it’s either cold or very hot water, no constant temperature at all. Both shower types not fit for purpose. This is a major problem that should be easily solved ? No working AC in the room, too warm even in winter. No safe in room, but advertised that there is ? No tea or coffee facility in room, Hotel restaurant is shocking. Please see restaurant reviews. Staff pleasant."

"The hotel appearance and room layout especially are first rate. Unfortunately however the whole experience of our stay was frustrating and disappointing. We arrived at 1.30 pm prior to the stated check in time of 3pm and accepted our room wouldn’t be ready, the receptionist said she would ring when ready which didn’t happen, but as we where going for lunch it was no inconvenience. We returned at 5pm to find our room was still not ready and told it would be in 5 mins, over the next 20mins other clients arrived and checked in, eventually we got our room, never any apology though. The room itself was clean, modern and well laid out, unfortunately the noise from across the road at a disco/restaurant was very loud, our room on the 2nd floor felt like we where in the bar itself. This was annoying but never did we expect it to go on until early morning, people eventually leaving at 4am, then along came the refuse truck collecting all the boxes piled high in the street. The ultimate aim for any stay is a peaceful night, plenty of sleep, me and my wife got little more than a few hours. Clearly someone else had checked in rejected the room so it had to be re cleaned, we should have done the same. Don’t stay in this hotel if your room is at the rear, it’s the worst noise ever encountered in stays all across the world, if you do bring ear plugs!"

"This is a very nice hotel right in the centre of Murcia. Nice lobby, the room is very modern and well equipped including Nespresso coffee machine. Beds comfortable, everywhere is clean. Breakfast is varied and of good quality. Got good value (note it was in November). Even though hotel is in the city centre, it's very quiet."
