"Shockingly poor customer service! Do not book here , lack of compassion or any form of communication. I booked the hotel as my husband was taken seriously ill in local hospital, his release date kept changing . So I had to cancel the booking , requesting a free cancellation, I had medical reports to back this . I contacted them twice , and then booking .com also did on my behalf, not even an acknowledgment from the hotel , or any communication to say sorry this had happened. They happily took my £700+ . Without any response or concern for potential future clients Absolutely disgusting. It’s been 7 days now , no response or communication after 3 points of contact . Also review about bed bugs put me off too hygiene conditions poor, under the stress I was under. My husband finally left hospital after 14 days and then stayed in a different hotel which appreciated our custom and had excellent customer service . Do not book this hotel , if they can not even respond or help clients , only shows money is their concern. I have never written a poor review , this is my first in 15 years !"

"This hotel has dismal rooms. What stands out is how terrible the food is and how consistently rude the staff are. They must have a training program to achieve this, or treat their staff so badly they feel hard done by. Don’t stay here unless you are a masochist. There are much better hotels in Seville at a far better price."

"Hotel was very impressive on arrival with a huge reception area. Unfortunately the room was disappointing. For 2 adults and a teenager it was small and probably the worst view we’ve ever had from a hotel bedroom window. Bedroom should not be used. Bar area was lovely and pool very nice. Bus into Seville only 5/7 minute walk away. €1.40 on bus per person."
