Ibis Styles Sevilla Santa Justa

"Stayed here for 2 nights. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Sara. Hotel was close to justa train station approximately 10-15 minutes easy walk, 20mins car ride to the airport. Decent location for the main tourist attraction like Plaza de España and Old Town approximately 15-20 walk. Breakfast is complementary on weekends for platinums and above. The rooms are nice and clean, good size for an ibis. Only cons were no fridge or coffee amenities in the standard rooms. And the hotel itself being an ibis didn’t have a self serve laundry room. Usually the ibis group have coin operated laundry. But they do offer external laundry service which was not cheap"

"We loved the Ibis Styles Sevilla Santa Justa hotel from the first moment. It is a very beautiful place, with a modern design and well-kept spaces that make the stay very comfortable. The cleanliness is impeccable and all the staff were extremely friendly and warm throughout our visit, which always makes a difference. The breakfast buffet is very complete and delicious, with several options for all tastes. In addition, we had the opportunity to have dinner at their restaurant and the experience was also excellent. Without a doubt, a great option to stay in Seville. We highly recommend it!"

"This is a clean, quiet hotel, excellent location, good breakfast and very helpful staff. I would definitely stay there again. However, on the down side, the check-in procedure takes ages, resulting in queues of people, especially those with a quick question, or just wanting to reclaim their cases/check out. It is clear to me that the cleaning staff have not been properly trained. There are signs everywhere, including in the elevators, about saving electricity. However, on the first day, the cleaner inserted the 'Do Not Disturb' sign in the slot for the room key card. This meant that the lights in the room were on all day until I returned in the evening! Also, in the bathroom, there is a sign saying to put towels on the floor 'if you want them to be changed'. This wasn't necessary - I was only there for 3 nights - so I left the towels hanging up. The cleaner still took them away and replaced them with fresh ones. Bonkers!"
