Hotel Tropical Park

"Ours was an RCI booking, the hotel is probably 3/4 star. We arrived at 10pm. Check in was quick and efficient but I was shocked to be charged 85 euros to cover electricity and cleaning for 1 week, by comparison family paid 16 euros in a 3 bed villa nearby. The property is clean and the room was well appointed with a well equipped kitchen. As we were self catering we didn't use the dining area which was more canteen than restaurant. On one occasion we asked if we could buy some chips to go with our home made meal but it wasn't an option. The property suits families. We spent very little time there which makes the 85 euro charge even more annoying."

"Myself and my family stayed a week end of May 2026 having previously stayed 4 years ago. Its gone downhill alot since due to types of individuals staying (self catering/half board) I stayed with my children all inclusive and as a single mum felt some of the people that stayed were quite rowdy, rough and very loud. Previously it had been quiet and a much nicer clientele. The food wasnt great either, I actually watched the chef put a block of ice into cook frozen whole with heads prawns which were not defrosted. Worrying. All in all I wont be back, it was definitely not a 4* hotel due to the above (sorry)."

"First off this is a very clean, lovely equipped hotel, our room was very spacious and equipped, the supermarket next door was well stocked and fairly priced. Unfortunately that’s where its ends for me. Went 'all inclusive' only to find that the food was a very limited choice and completely inedible (We tried Lunch, Dinner, and breakfast). During the dinner break I complained about the quality and temperature of the food and was directed to the microwave to reheat it... The pool had a mild green tinge to it so was going no where near that. No entertainment at all. And finally the staff, no name tags except for one lovely lady who had started the week before. I engaged with two male staff at the 'buffet' who were really not interested in my complaints, and as said before was directed to the microwave. When we went to the front desk we were advised to take our concerns up with TUI and just fobbed off. We stayed one night and when we saw that breakfast was just as bad as the previous sittings took the decision to book into another hotel at our own cost for the remainder of our holiday. Personally I cannot recommend this place and advise all travellers to give it a very wide berth. It get two stars as it was clean."
