"Had a great stay at this hotel overall. The food was excellent especially for my son who needs gluten free food. There was nothing he asked for that they didn’t provide. The only downside for me was the noise from corridors at night. Maybe it was bad luck but there were lots of big groups of adults staying and we were woken up on several nights with people returning home. It’s a shame as it would put me off staying again when everything else I couldn’t fault."

"All staff are amazing, hotel and room very clean. We really like the location. Water machines and self serve soft drinks are really useful. Big thank you to reception as I had specific room requirements which they considered and allocated us a room to suit. Really appreciate this. Entertainment team and their shows were amazing I was not so keen when the shows were done by entertainers from outside the hotel. Room was extremely clean as were bedding and towels however room was very dated. Floors and furniture were damaged so visually not the best. Our view from room 321 and the times we got the sun on the balcony were perfect for us. Branded drinks are limited. I bought my own from supermarket as I only drink Disaranno or Malibu and only local versions of this provided at hotel. Breakfast was the best meal for me. So much choice and everything tasted great. I was not keen on snack bar as most of the time the food was only lukewarm. Food in restaurant was ok. I felt this was not as good as our last stay and very repetitive so we chose to eat out on a number of evenings. Really appreciated being able to have breakfast from 7am on our last day due to early flight home. Had to get up early for a sun bed at the edge of pool but most days did see empty beds in other areas. Did appreciate not having to queue and being able to get a bed early so I did not disturb my daughter in the room. Hot drinks, juice and water were available from very early which is another bonus. Would recommend this hotel and would consider staying in the future if the price was right due to the additional money we spent due to limited branded alcohol and repetitive food. "We had an amazing stay at Iberostar Waves las dahlias. The hotel was spotless throughout, the food was outstanding, and the staff were simply the best we have ever experienced. A very special mention goes to Saray, who truly made our holiday unforgettable. She has such a beautiful soul and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine care for guests are a real credit to the hotel. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic holiday experience. We will definitely be returning!"
