"My family of 11 had a fantastic time here a perfect family hotel. The staff went above and beyond in all aspects. The rooms were spacious and clean, with very good maid service. Food was good always something for everyone. Unlimited ice creams and drinks on the all inclusive, very nice bar staff. Pool area clean lovely pool with waterfall. Children's entertainment very good but have to say they could improve adult entertainment. Location was good also."

"We stayed in Hotel Best in May 2026 All inclusive. Chosen for the great location. We arrived and were given the strangest room/balcony in the corner of the hotel. The room was average but the balcony was tiny! Two chairs on there. And it was shared with the two other balconies either side! Stunk of cigarettes Really strange and not safe. I asked to be moved and was given top floor room. Stunning views and large roof top balcony. Amazing! Food was average and always cold! Even breakfast which was the usual eggs bacon etc was all cold every day. I always asked for a fresh cooked meat (chicken, lamb, pork) as otherwise like rubber and cold. Drinks were help yourself. Tea/coffee/sangria/beer/wine on tap. Even the spirits at the bar in the evening were help yourself and had to mix your own cocktails. Ok at first but got a bit tedious after a few days considering there was no queues at the bar but charged for making drinks. Anyway wasn’t bad for us as we drank what was on tap. Food in the daytime was left out all day by the pool not ideal really. Entertainment was ok. Except one act cancelled so there was games instead. Work was going on right in the middle of the pools which was awful. Needs a good clean everywhere too. To say this was 4 star is a lie. More like a 3 at a push. I would not go back to this hotel sadly. Hopefully if they read reviews they can improve."
