Gran Oasis Resort

"This was our first stay at the this resort, we stayed during half term so expected carnage! But this was not the case, it is fantastic. It is so clean! Staff are constantly cleaning, tidying and sweeping and it really makes the difference. My biggest fear was sun bed wars, but there were none. Yes there are the crazy people putting towels out at 6am to get beds right by the pool but if you're not bothered by that you can get great spots (usually 2nd row back) all day. We would put our towels out on the way to breakfast at 9am, ready for the pool at 10am, no problems at all. Evening entertainment is great and is outside at the pool bar rather than a stuffy indoor room which was great. We loved the ABBA night! Our room was great, its lovely to have a separate room for the kids. It was really clean and well kept with a really nice bathroom. We were all inclusive and the pool bar is excellent. Never a queue, thanks to the hardworking bar staff. The snacks on poolside were great too, the kids loved going and helping themselves. All in all, a wonderful hotel with fantastic staff. We will be back!"

"We've just come back from holiday at this Apart Hotel. The only let down is the food. Not everything has tags indicating what is what, if you have special dietary requirements or allergies then you should be very careful, as some cross contamination was noticed by me and my wife. Buffet area is very small and certainly not enough to accommodate all of the guests, especially if everyone would choose half board or all inclusive, but knowing that this is apart-hotel we understand that not all of the time there could be all inclusive guests. They try to cook different cuisines every day, but to cook different cuisines, cooks need to know how to cook it, and honestly the choice was not great nor the quality. Hotel itself is very clean and all of the staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very spacious and not dated, so it was a pleasant stay overall. If you're on all inclusive holiday, then you have a great selection of cocktails, but Pool bar uses a machine that has premixed drinks selections, but Taste bar(just outside as you leave reception) staff make cocktails themselves and they are so much better, so recommend that if you want cocktails. Hotel is about half an hour walk from the beach or about 6 minutes drive. Entertainment was great, kids have plenty to do. If it will get busier in summer months, then there's not a lot of space or seats to enjoy evening entertainment. Kids splash park is completely separate from main pools, it's very high up, around 4 flights of stairs up away from main pools, which we found disappointing, because we didn't see that mentioned anywhere in description when booking Hotel."

"This was our 6th stay at this lovely hotel with our 7 years old. Our accommodation was excellent and loved our day bed downstairs overlooking the golf course. The pools were lovely and warm and our son loved the activities. Renata, shelby and the whole of the entertainment team are superstars. The food was lovely especially the breakfast. The staff are excellent too. The only recommendations I would advise are..... Please please... I've notice whenever I used the hotel public toilets I noticed a lot of people not washing their hand after, maybe have stickers on the wall in the toilets reminding people to wash their hands and may be have hand gels dispensers throughout the public areas in the hotel. Also a minor criticism.... What have you done to the all inclusive cocktails? They were extremely sweets and not very nice to the taste.... Please don't cut corners if you want your reviews to be good on TripAdvisor. 😊"
