"Lovely hotel and good value for money. The rooms are a really good size and clean, with a kettle, two TVs and a mini fridge, hairdryer etc. Food was good for the price point, the buffet gets a bit boring but there are restaurants from a 7min walk away. The pool bar stops serving food to all inclusive guests over lunch when the buffet is on which is a bit annoying as you don’t always want a buffet. A couple of not so great points… The fitness centre is super dated and not great. If you check in after food service you can’t get anything to eat, other places we’ve stayed they leave a sandwich and a few drinks in your fridge if you’re all inclusive. They don’t leave water in your room every time it’s cleaned but we found out on our last night you have to go to reception and request it. Would be good if they told you this. The last one isn’t the hotels fault but worth mentioning as we would have liked to have known beforehand. The area has an issue with sewage smell which depending on the wind can blow over the pool area, it was so bad when it did we would have to move."

"The staff are really great and that was the main positive. The food was varied but more vegetarian options would have been nice. I was sleep deprived most days as there is very little sound proofing between rooms, so most night were fairly sleepless. And there was almost no sound proofing against the road noise. Take ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise. The rooms were clean and generously spacious, though very echoey which didn't make for a very cosy feeling when you want to relax after being out all day. Blackout curtains were useful at least."

"Disappointing stay not worth the all‑inclusive price We arrived in Tenerife excited for a relaxing break, but this hotel let us down from the start. There was no help from staff with luggage, and the route to our room was awkward — we had to wheel our suitcases all the way around the pool to reach an elevator that went down to our floor. The property had a persistent sewage smell in the room, corridors, and around the pool. The food was very basic, often inedible, repeated daily, and consistently cold even when we arrived right at opening. Although the hotel advertised a gym, there wasn’t one — just a small room with Pilates beds that was never open. Alcoholic drinks tasted watered down to the point of having no alcohol at all. Despite paying for all‑inclusive, we ended up buying drinks elsewhere because even the paid ones tasted diluted. In-room basics were missing: there was no milk for tea or coffee, and we had to visit a local café multiple times just to get a proper hot drink and something decent to eat. Housekeeping also fell short — paint was peeling from the bathroom door, the floor was so dirty our white socks turned black, and our bedsheets had multiple blue stains. We received a single complimentary bottle of water on arrival, but it was never restocked, so we had to buy bottled water daily. Facilities were underwhelming. The pool area needed a thorough clean, and there was no sauna or spa. Charging €10 per day for a towel is unacceptable — this should be included. Staff attitudes ranged from indifferent to rude, especially at checkout. Location-wise, there’s very little around the hotel. We had to head to the south (Los Cristianos) for better weather and activities. We were told there was one direct bus, but it took three different buses and 2.5 hours. The return by taxi cost €160. In contrast, Los Cristianos was sunny and lively — the opposite of our experience near the hotel. If you’re looking for sun and things to do, the south is where everything is. Overall, this stay was poor value for money. Between the odors, cold repetitive food, questionable drinks, cleanliness issues, lack of amenities, extra charges, and unhelpful staff, I can’t recommend this hotel. If sunshine and a pleasant holiday are your priorities, look elsewhere — ideally in the south of Tenerife."
