Laid-back living on the Tenerife coast

If you like your mornings with a sea breeze and a view of Mount Teide, Meliá Costa Atlantis Tenerife might be your spot. It’s right by the black-sand seafront in Puerto de la Cruz, just five minutes’ walk from the promenade and the Martiánez area – perfect for a stroll, a swim, or a drink with a view.

The hotel has two outdoor pools, one full-size and one for kids, surrounded by comfy sunbeds and even a few Bali beds for extra lounging. There’s a sleek spa with a glass roof where you can unwind with sea and mountain views, plus a gym that makes working out feel a bit more enjoyable (we didn't think it was possible either). The surrounding area is known for its natural beauty, with coastal walks, pretty gardens, and local cafés all nearby.
