Precise Resort Tenerife

"My stay at this hotel left me with very mixed feelings. I would like to start with what is undoubtedly the hotel’s greatest strength: its staff. The reception team and hotel employees were exceptionally friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Every concern I raised was met with kindness, understanding, and a sincere willingness to assist. It is honestly one of the best hotel teams I have encountered, and they deserve full credit for their outstanding service. The hotel also benefits from a beautiful oceanfront location, pleasant gardens, a swimming pool, mini golf, and very enjoyable dinners. The first impression is excellent, and the property clearly has potential. Unfortunately, the rooms were a major disappointment. Their condition falls well below what I would expect from a four-star hotel and is much closer to a two- or three-star standard. The room showed clear signs of wear and tear, there were several maintenance issues, some electrical outlets did not work properly, and parts of the furnishings appeared to have been repaired only temporarily. Storage space was also extremely limited. In addition, the rooms look significantly better in the hotel’s promotional photos than they do in reality. The situation was made even worse by renovation work taking place in the room next door. Constant drilling and construction noise throughout the day made it difficult to relax and enjoy the stay. What disappointed me most, however, was the hotel’s overall response to these issues. Although the property appeared far from fully occupied and I had booked two rooms for a two-week stay, I was not offered a move to a quieter area or an upgrade to a better room category. The staff themselves did everything they could and remained helpful at all times. My frustration is not directed at the employees, but rather at the hotel’s management decisions and lack of flexibility in handling the situation. In summary, the staff deserve 10 out of 10. Their friendliness, professionalism, and commitment to guests were outstanding. Unfortunately, the quality of the rooms and the way the overall situation was handled fall well short of what should be expected from a four-star hotel. The property has potential, but at the moment there is a significant gap between the excellent service provided by the staff and the quality of the accommodation itself."

"I cancelled a refundable 5-night booking well in advance through the hotel’s own website. My account showed ZERO reservations afterwards, so naturally I trusted it was properly cancelled. Despite this, the hotel later charged around 650 EUR from me. What’s even worse: instead of a single charge, they tried MULTIPLE TRANSACTIONS in different amounts and currencies! which my bank flagged as suspicious. Their explanation makes no sense and directly contradicts what their own system showed me. This is either a serious system failure or completely unprofessional handling — both are unacceptable. I escalated this case to management over a month ago and still have not received any proper follow-up. At this point, this feels less like a mistake and more like an attempt to take money unfairly. Be extremely careful when booking here — I would not trust their system or their cancellation process. Avoid!"

"Beautiful and relaxing hotel. We stayed in the sea view suite and it was incredibly peaceful — falling asleep to the sound of the ocean felt like natural white noise. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast views were lovely, and the bed was extremely comfortable. A perfect place to relax and unwind."
