"We stayed for a few days in the hotel in a 'Junior Suite' centred around a concert at the new Roig stadium (10-15 easy walk). The pluses of the hotel were the bed was comfortable (although only one pillow - ask for another), the room was clean, check in was straight forward and the breakfast was very good. Staff in the dining room as others have noted were very nice, friendly and helpful. The negatives were firstly the room layout was a little odd ( see below access to the bathroom round the end of the bed, the blue thing is the credit card sized room key), water pressure was low, the room was a little noisy due to the lifts, the access to the bed area was via a very tight spiral staircase ( impossible to access if you have any mobility issues or are tall or well built) and some of the sockets in the room were not working. There were no prices for the minibar so we didn't touch it based on others experience and the provided tea and coffee was minimal. So all in all OK for a business trip but probably not for a holiday type visit and I think that overall the rating given for the hotel is fair - OK but not great.
