"Ok, so you can pre book through email a hotel shuttle. We had to search exiting at different points of the airport. We only found it by chance a sign on the front of the vehicle, driver was very pleasant. On arrival front desk staff welcomed us.Hotel is clean throughout. It is in a residential area in the middle of no where if you want peace and quietness. Bus at the end of the road about 15mins away (get a free bus pass into Coppet). You will need get a train to get about. We did hear of an evening an echo of construction work going on though. We saw a lady who was crying and very exhsusted due to no sleep of the early construction work., the reception staff I could see werent happy that we saw and hear all of this! We had a room over looking the mountains the views are beautiful. Room was big, and clean. But here is were the hotel fails in more ways then one for the price! We put a sign each day on our door for the room to be cleaned and replenished. On the third day we returned after a day out,the bathroom bin was not emptied, no toilet roll on the holder and no towels and no body lotion! We complained and a staff member brought them for us, with a sorry. But the next day, I was not happy after putting the used towels in the shower , which means I need clean towels......no towels again after having a shower apart from a hand towel! I rang reception i was given finally given towels at 8pm! So the next day I went down to question what was going on for the price I have paid for this hotel, to be told they would let me know later. I came back after another day out, no one seems bothered to sort things when you have a problem, why? Its not just not good enough. Staff dont seem to know and you have to repeat your concerns again, as staff change over. The hot breakfast wasnt hot it was cold at 6.45am! The buffet wasnt good, so after my first day I didnt bother going down. The gym this evening has children messing on the running machines with there father! The front desk staff dont seem to understand health and safety of why kids should not be in there! Would I return...no, has the staff arent interested in sorting problems even though I used google translate and still my complaint was not addressed. I just checked out and notthing explaimed to my compliant! UNPROFESDIONAL."

"I shall start with the good things about the hotel it’s a very nice hotel beautiful inside and very clean also pool was lovely and the area around it was lovely also the food was lovely but very pricey but you expect that in Switzerland. The area around the hotel is beautiful and you do get views of the Matterhorn as well so that is lovely there is also a retail park directly opposite the hotel over the main road which you can get to via an underpass The not so good things are We had a massage paid 233 pound for and were told that it was an extra 27 francs each to use their hot tub and steam room which I did say to them I wasn’t happy about as in Scotland everything is included especially if staying in the hotel I felt this is out of order especially spending all that money and we were told by other guests they paid it and most of the plunge pools weren’t working so they were not happy Also I will let you know that if you email the hotel they will send a free shuttle bus to pick you up at Geneva airport and you can also get a free bus to the airport on your way home we didn’t know this another guest in the hotel told us also you get free buses from the bus stop outside the hotel which we were told after I asked about the bus stops no one at the hotel reception would of bothered to tell us it was guests at the hotel told us which I find terrible that the hotel Staff can’t be bothered to tell their British guests The staff aren’t the most pleasant and aren’t very well mannered they don’t go out their way to make you feel welcome o my if your spending lots of money Their also is no water fountains anywhere for free which I find odd in a spa You have to buy bottled water And lastely their us also a lot of children coning into this hotel which I was surprised by it’s supposed to be a spa hotel especially at the weekend their is a lot of kids their which I find annoying as I was going for peace and quiet and the night before we left they were banging around at 7am In the morning The transport is amazing tho the bus links are great to the train station to Coppet and to nyon which is a beautiful little village well worth the wee trip on the bus As I say this hotel is amazing and beautiful the views are outstanding only go if you like a lot of noise have a lot of money to spend and aren’t offended by rude staff all in all we did enjoy ourselves apart from those things"

"We visited for 5 night from 24th April. The hotel staff are amazing. Very helpful. Very friendly. Very polite. Helped us in every way they could. Breakfast was lovely with a variety to choose from. We ate in the restaurant once which was also lovely. Zero complaints. Location was great. Within distance of everything we wanted to do and see. The room we stayed in was perfect, it was cleaned daily with fresh towels. The spa was small but had everything you need. It was a bonus that there was just me and my partner in it, we had the place to ourselves. The views from the rooftop and from the pool are second to none. Absolutely breathtaking. Absolute bargain of a holiday. Would definitely recommend and we’d happily return."
