Ibis Geneve Aeroport

"Convenient location, 8 minute walk from airport, or there is a shuttle every 20 minutes. Breakfast cost extra but is worth the money. Rooms spacious and clean, bed very comfy. The only reason I’m not giving this 4* is that rooms have no air conditioning. We found the room unpleasantly warm, there was a display in the room allowing to switch on a fan and set a temperature as low as 16 degrees. Nothing worked / no response so I called reception asking for someone to come to our room to help. I was rather rudely given the response that this was not an A/C. Whatever it is called, it didn’t work and we had to keep the window open at night."

"The hotel is well located near the airport. However, it faces the airport and the Geneva - Lausanne motorway so there is traffic noise 24/7 due to poor insulation. The rooms are small with no extras. The on-site garage is inadequate. Worst was the bed. It has three loose layers of mattresses, which move sporadically. Because of this I fell twice to the floor during the night!"
