"Location was good, walking distance to the old town and bus/tram stop just round the corner. Staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations however didn’t tell us about the gym/sauna etc so not even sure if these were open. In its day I think this would have been a beautiful hotel. However, in 2026 I would not call this a 4 star hotel. It’s extremely dated and shabby feeling. In desperate need of upgrading, the furniture is bashed and chipped from years of use, the old jacuzzis style baths are just dated and I wouldn’t use them, lamps were hanging off the wall and sofas in the ‘suites’ weren’t that clean. The lift only fits one person in it with a suitcase so be mindful of that. Breakfast was ok but nothing special and the restaurant and bar was not open in the evenings the whole time we were there. Overall we expected more in Geneva, were disappointed and this was the only negative of our whole trip so wouldn’t recommend or stay here again."

"Excellent base for exploring Geneva and beyond. You get a Geneva travel pass for your stay which is really useful. Staff very friendly & helpful. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby."

"It‘s a decent budget hotel. Don‘t expect luxury. What you get is a good location and a clean room. Be aware that the hotel is a bit worn out. The rooms have carpets and the breakfast is nothing soecial. Considering other hotels with similar prices I liked the style and character of this one. But during summer months it could be sticky due to no AC."
