"We had a wonderful relaxing stay in a swim up room. Room was spacious and clean , if a little tired, and our housekeeping lady was exceptional. Pool was super clean and regularly maintained but a bit too cold to swim in May! Disappointed there was no mini bar and it was quite a hike to the bar for drinks but we coped 😂 Staff were all very helpful and friendly but with the majority of guests being German or French, English was limited and at times a little difficult to communicate. This didn’t have any negative effect on our stay though. I’d agree it’s not 5 * but nevertheless a very nice, clean hotel. I’d recommend it any time."

"After reading some of the reviews in early April was really concerned about this hotel having not been to Djerba for a few years we normally travel to main land Tunisia we arrived earlier in the morning was met at reception by a brilliant lady who could not do enough we had a choice of two rooms and picked 235 we had 10 days of the best food and drink you could ask for if it be a cocktail or having too many rum and cola 🤣 the food choice is amazing we we're there as l say for 10 nights and never got fed up with the food l have to say from the amazing ladies cleaning our room to all the catering staff a massive thank you and see you next year ❤️"

"Good service, excellent cuisine, clean rooms, and a wonderful SPA. We booked this vacation mainly as a beach holiday. During the first few days, there was a strong wind, making it impossible to relax by the sea. Three days after the wind calmed down, the neighboring hotels had already cleaned their beaches. However, at this hotel there is not enough space on the beach for guests — you need to reserve a sunbed before breakfast just to enjoy the smell of rotting seaweed piled up on the beach and blocking access to the water. Despite positioning itself as a beachfront hotel, the hotel management does not consider it necessary to take care of cleaning the beach."
