"Our stay was made truly special thanks to the outstanding hospitality of several staff members who went above and beyond for our family. First and foremost, a huge thank you to Chef Faouzi, who put so much effort and genuine care into providing the best possible meals for my baby. As parents, this meant the world to us. We also want to give a special shout-out to Nesrine. She was absolutely tireless, speaks excellent English, and did everything in her power to ensure we had the best possible stay. Both Nesrine and Chef Faouzi were remarkably polite, warm, and professional throughout our time there. At the front desk, Mr. Muhammad was incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing us a late check-out which made our departure with a baby so much easier and stress-free. Additionally, the majority of the restaurant staff and the gentleman responsible for cleaning our room were always very pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. It is the hard work, smiles, and dedication of these wonderful professionals that truly made our holiday memorable!"
