Luxury hotel on the beach
If you can never decide between seaside and poolside, we’ve got you covered. You’ll find the Concorde Green Park sitting on a huge stretch of white sand, and it’s also home to a pretty impressive pool scene. It well-located for exploring, too – the lively marina at Port el Kantaoui is within a 10-minute walk, and there’s also a championship golf course nearby.
Water babies will be right at home here, as the hotel’s pool is almost lake-like in size, edged by palm trees, loungers and parasols. You’ll also find in-water loungers for a spot of sunbathing, a swim-up bar, and a kids’ pool for the little ones. There’s also an indoor pool, which is heated during the winter months.
The daytime activity agenda covers off everything from aqua aerobics and beach volleyball to tennis and archery, while little ones are entertained at the kids’ club and playground. There’s also a gym in the spa centre if you fancy a workout. If that sounds too energetic, take some time out at the spa and treat yourself to some pampering, or hop between the steam room and the hydro-massage bath.
When it comes to mealtimes, the Vendôme Restaurant is the place to be. It’s a buffet setup with show-cooking stations at breakfast and dinnertime. Elsewhere, you’ll find three themed restaurants, where you’ll have the choice of Tunisian cuisine, Mediterranean food, and gourmet dishes.
