"We highly recommend this hotel 100%. We spent 8 wonderful days here and everything exceeded our expectations. Throughout our stay, we did not experience a single issue. We would especially like to thank Yesemin, whose warm smile greeted us every morning and who kept our room spotless every day. Her hard work and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We would also like to express our gratitude to Sabri Cakir from the restaurant for his friendliness, professionalism, and excellent service. He always made us feel welcome and well taken care of. A big thank you to the entire team for their hospitality and dedication. You helped make our holiday truly memorable. We will definitely be back and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay."

"Great hotel experience and the friendly staff environment"

"Rooms were amazing although walls are very thin luckily we were in rooms next to family but you can hear everything through the walls, very clean. serap was our cleaning lady and she was fantastic, we had cool animals on our bed everyday and she greeted us every morning too. ZERO atmosphere but this could be down to time of year as not much english folk there and the location wasn’t great, quite far from anything. food was below average, same food every night and mostly odd foods. Not great for picky eaters although the service in the restaurant was spectacular, kindest waitress. our waitresses name was Hilal. The man from the bag shop in the hotel deserves a special shoutout and was also fantastic and helped us on many occasions. Entertainment was sometimes lacking however John from the entertainment team was beyond amazing, he encouraged us to join every single entertainment that was on and was so kind to us through out the whole holiday definitely one to remember! Overall the hotel is below average and not worth your money, entertainment is lacking and food is poor. The staff we met and mentioned totally saved it and always went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant . #scotland😉"
