Hotel Su & Aqualand

"I’ve gone to this hotel for 6 times now and sadly this was the worst visit. Location is good Atmosphere is good Room was not clean enough (dust, smears on the windows, dirty glasses). The staff was ignoring that there are 3 people living (not enough robes, glases, towels, bottles of water. Low noise level Friendly staff, guest relations employee was eager to help. Good food. Also when the receptionists were called and guest relations employee was informed about the state of the room, nothing changed. The rented beach was with outdated furniture, but friendly staff."

"This hotel has an amazing design in white and red colour. A lot of mirrors in the lobby it’s a great idea! The best feature of this hotel is its location, almost in the city centre. Also we liked a variety of food on the breakfast. All hotels staff were very friendly and welcoming. We loved this place, we will come back soon."

"Absolutely amazing hotel. We have just re booked for July 2026, but have had a lot of trouble trying to get the same style of room as we’ve had every year we’ve been here. The contact email doesn’t work. We are hoping to have the same sea view room and layout as every year before."
