"The Hotel is very nice. The Food is exquisite and clean. The Pools and Beach are also Great and everything doesn’t feel overcrowded. I’ve unfortunately had a couple of bad encounters with one Server which almost felt „racist“. Smiling and serving everybody else but us. No idea of it was the Hijab of something else. Yet I would still recommend the hotel. We had a pleasant stay and Great activities (shout out to Tamara). The Kids Club is Great and has Great Programs itself. I would say they mainly speak Russian here but I didn’t have much Problems with English and German."

"A beautiful hotel. This was our first time visiting and we loved the big choice of drinks and cocktails. A very kind and helpful staff made us feel at home. Ksenia was a wonderful guide who showed us around the hotel, answered all of our questions and was always there to assist when needed. Our room was always perfectly cleaned and the hotel itself was sparkling. The cats that we saw around the hotel were adorable. All of them were well taken care of. Wonderful animation and daily evening shows were the cherry on top at the end of our day. Our stay at the hotel was perfect and we will definitely visit again!"

"Second time we stayed in the resort, as couldn’t match the friendly environment. , clean rooms, tasty food, helpful staff with smiles with any other resort. The comfy of rooms especially the Elite site, dining room was always clean with variety of foods Pool side bars staff was very hardworking and friendly, always offered something Snack bars was always full of different kinds of food, and drinks Entertainment team was trying hard to keep guests busy and entertaining with various activities while staying there Reception staff were friendly and always available to help Thanks to all staff for the hard work and hospitality, really appreciated Will definitely book again"
