"Rooms are dated. Hardly any of the staff speak English! Guest relations are very rude. We had issues with our room and the language barrier is huge, at one point the director walked away without saying anything for 10 mins then came back and said ‘ok’…. OK to what?? Clientele is mainly Russian and German - so all staff speak these languages but a universal language like English is hard to find at this hotel. I wouldn’t say the hotel is a 5*…. 4* at best. Doesn’t come anywhere close to other hotels on this Lara strip. Food is repetitive - same food every day for breakfast and dinner. Only the 2 baby pools are heated. Even though is was mid 20s it was cold once you come out the pool. All other pools had ice cold water in June. Muslims, beware of alcohol. On 3 occasions I asked for a virgin mojito mocktail, with no alcohol, ordered from the QR code so there was no language barrier, and I was given mojitos with alcohol. Shopping: Small mall of Antalya opposite the hotel with pharmacy and clothes. Good for deals as Adalya is the last hotel so no other hotel guests come this side. More clothes shops near the Delphine hotels. 5 mins taxi €10 or 40 mins walk."

"Pros - So much to do. Loads of pools, entertainment, some free fairground rides, multiple shows. Most things you don’t book and just show up which means you can go with the flow a bit more. - Large, modern rooms, well stocked with mini bar every day and loads of towels. Daily clean. - Beach is clean with clear blue water and a beautiful pier. - Food selection is good for an AI hotel. Easy to always find something you want. There is also plenty of places to eat so you’re not stuck in the same restaurant for 20+ meals. - Drink selection also very good. Bar’s can make a proper espresso, there’s oat milk, zero alcohol beer etc. - Loved the patisserie / coffee shop on the lobby floor. It was always quiet and peaceful and had premium ice cream flavours you’ll couldn’t find elsewhere in the hotel. - You can order food/drinks online at many of the bars and lunch places which makes things easier navigating language barrier. - Large playroom with various toys and activities for kids ages 0-8. - Excellent WiFi. It’s even strong on the beach! Didn’t drop once the whole time we were there. - Strong Air Con, easy to control in the rooms. Hotel was always the perfect temperature. Antalya weather in late May was perfect for younger kids (25-30c daily) - Staff generally friendly and welcoming. Some more than others. Bilal in particular was super friendly. Cons - Thin walls. We could hear a lot of people talking/shouting at night. - Kids Club isn’t up to Ofsted standards so use with caution if you’re used to UK childcare settings. No proper check in/check out procedures, gate left open, adults allowed in same room as unaccompanied children with no staff present. Wouldn’t recommend unless your kids are older. - Not many English guests so harder for our kids to meet new people or take part in entertainment (most guests are German) - Dining Hall at main restaurant is huge and you can have a long walk from food area to your table. It’s also crazy busy, so in no way a relaxing dining experience (not an issue for us with kids personally) - People selling spa, water sports, photography services every day. Shops on site with rip off prices. - Evening shows were too loud for my kids. Both had their hands over their ears throughout."

"7‑Year‑Old We had a great family holiday. The hotel is located in a row of other hotels, but ambient noise was minimal. Everything was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Our family room was modern, spacious, and spotless. We had a small issue on arrival, but Aisha from customer services resolved it quickly, and when we returned later that evening, she had even arranged a list of shows suitable for our family. The entertainment was excellent—dance shows, gymnastics, a motorbike show, and more. All were exciting and well‑organised. The hotel has a large winding pool, a smaller 10×15m pool used for entertainment activities, a wave pool that runs twice a day at set times, and two sets of slides: one for younger children (up to around age 8) and a larger set for older kids and adults. There are also two splash areas, offering plenty of variety for different ages. The beach has a large shaded area, which was great, though the only downside was the number of cigarette ends in the sand around the seating area. The main buffet restaurant is large, with 5–6 different seating sections, and evening meals appeared to follow different themes each night. There are also two snack areas where you order food through an online app—this worked very smoothly. The kids’ club runs throughout the day, and in the evenings they offer a children’s cinema. The hotel also has its own amphitheatre with table seating and good views of the stage. For adults, there are plenty of activities including archery, air‑rifle shooting, darts, and more, so there’s always something to try with sonny and the other staff Overall, a very enjoyable stay with lots to do for both children and adults."
