"This hotel is decent 4 star and with some additions could be a 5 star. It's extremely clean and the staff work very hard. Rather unbelievably when you check in you are given literally no information. Your room keys and towel cards that is it. Not even directions. We assumed there would be an info pack in the room with meal destinations and timings, bars etc but no, nothing at all! There's a couple of large boards in the grounds with maps on and that is it. Not even check out time I had to google that. It's a great pity because clients will definitely be missing out. There is a choice of 3 places for lunch but you have to figure this out your self. The patisserie is a very well kept secret. The bar on the pier started to open in the evening while we were there but nothing was said, we found out by fluke as we went for a walk. There is no service at the pools, you have to go to the nearest bar, which are actually quite a distance. We have previously stayed at 5 stars in Lara Beach and Side, the difference is noticeable. The food is of a good standard and choice. The entertainment is good and the Pier is a huge plus. I enjoyed time with my family but I wouldn't return to this Hotel chain. Delphin and Barut are superior."
