Plonked on a private stretch of Blue-Flagged beach about 15 minutes’ drive from the centre of Side, Adalya Ocean Resort packs in everything you need for a Turkish sun getaway – and a little bit more for good measure.
Filling your days will be a breeze here. The animations team lays on a daily roster of activities like aerobics, gymnastics, and trampolining. Plus, you can get stuck into the likes of table tennis, beach volleyball, and even bowling. Water babies will be well taken care of, too, with three outdoor swim spots including one for children and one that comes with a couple of slides to help you make a splash.
If R&R is more your vibe, there’s plenty of that to be found as well. The spa and wellness centre is home to a Turkish bath and sauna – which are free of charge to use – plus there’s a tempting line up of massages and treatments. And if you’re determined to keep up with your usual fitness routine, there’s a small (but perfectly formed) gym, too.
Food will be in plentiful supply with five restaurants to choose from. The first is a buffet spot that lays on international spreads, while four more à la carte places specialise in Ottoman, Italian, seafood, and Mexican cuisines. On top of that, there’s a patisserie and a coffee house, plus five bars to keep the cocktails coming.
