"There was much to like about the hotel. The building was beautiful, service family room was nice, amazing swimming pool and slides which my teenager loved. There was also some good entertainment. I hear the childrens entertainment was great too but ours was too old for this so cannot speak for it myself. Overall, there were too many negatives for me to be able to recommend this hotel. Air conditioning did not work on 6th floor, we spent 3 days sweltering and complaining before the hotel relented and moved us. I spoke to others on 6th floor with the same issue. The room we were eventually moved to on 5th floor was then perfect. Main buffet was fine, some really nice food. Occasionally we got a waiter service for drinks but mostly you have to find your own from bars miles away. Desserts ran out very quickly and turned the dining hall into the wild west at times as people tried to get in line. It was a functional canteen set-up, not a relaxing enjoyable dinner set-up, which was fine but just not great. The Al a Carte we visited was awful, nothing positive to say whatsoever. No drinks offered, old cold meat, we left and went back to the main canteen. Value for money seemed poor given the service we recieved at a previous 5* at a similar price point in Rhodes. Some staff were great and friendly, some were rude or ignored you. Overall a good holiday and i can see how it would be great with a few improvements, but we will be spending our money elsewhere next time."

"Kids club the best we’ve ever been to. Our 5 year old had a wonderful time joining in all the activities the team were incredible they went above and beyond to make her holiday experience one to remember thankyou to each and everyone of you guys. NAZLI , NIL ,SUDE,ZHANEL the best bunch of girls we could have asked for. Constantly smiling happy, positive and full of life. Entertainment they put on for The kids was out of This world.
