"I can't recomment this hotel. Very poor variety of food. Food is untasty, cold. Tables are dirty, never desinfected, never proper washed and cleaned. Dirty, disgusting place."

"Ok so this is defo not a 5* hotel more like something between 3 and 4. We have upgraded the room to the jacuzzi one only to find out the jacuzzi doesn't really work... yeah no bubbles at all it's basically a bath. Even the portier boy when he was showing up the room showed us to use 2 different buttons to activate it all then next day when we actually filled it up with watet and one of them did not work I was told that this is it it does not work full stop. So yeah 45e a night upgrade for something that does not work. 5 star hotel that offers no proper drinks. The only good thing I can say about this place is the housekeeping as even though they dont speak English they took time and contacted colleagues to try and help us out. Also even the upgraded room is really tiny. If I would have known we were upgrading for a not working jacuzzi we would not upgrade at all and to be fair probably not even come here if we knew what this place is like. Oh and a last thing i can not get my head around is how a '5*' hotel has no fresh fruit in the restaurant, that's beyond my understanding, also a lot of the photos are not even from this hotel, any beachfront photos are not from here. Even WiFi is like barely functional, I took my laptop with me to do some work but can not rely on this connection at all. Inside things seem to be falling apart the mirror is being held by sellotape and yes that is in 5 star hotel in the upgraded room."

"I Would would not recommend this hotel and honestly suggest choosing another one if possible. Food: it’s exactly the same every single day. Breakfast is especially disappointing — basically just eggs, salad, french fries, bread, and only bananas, apples, and pears for fruit. That’s pretty much it. Lunch and dinner are slightly better, but there is still absolutely no variety, and most of the food is not tasty. Alcohol: probably the worst alcohol selection I’ve experienced at a hotel. The cocktails are impossible to drink. The only things I could manage were beer (they only have one type) and whiskey with cola — except they don’t even use real cola, but some overly sweet cola-flavored syrup. It tastes awful. The hotel has a Starbucks, which was definitely a plus, thank you for that! But unfortunately, it’s not included and costs extra. Entertainment: basically nonexistent. They mostly just play music all day long. In the evenings, every other day, they have a foam party, but after the third time it becomes repetitive and boring. No proper shows, no interesting activities — just music all day and night. This hotel is definitely not a 5-star hotel, more like a 3-star at best. If you are planning to book this hotel, I strongly recommend looking at other options first :)"
