Family-run beachfront hotel
Sami Beach brags a brilliantly central location while still managing to feel nicely tucked away. It’s a traditionally Turkish property cocooned by gardens, with whitewashed walls and balconies draped in fuchsia bougainvillea. There’s a beautiful pebble beach just metres away.
The heart of the grounds play host to the swimming pool. Hemmed by palm trees, it’s got a peaceful, tropical feel, and is edged by a generous supply of sunbeds and loungers – the ideal set-up for tanning and snoozing.
You’ll also find a restaurant and a bar on the shoreline, providing gorgeous sea views. The restaurant serves buffet-style fare with show cooking stations at lunch and dinner, plus you can grab light bites and cold drinks from the beach bar throughout the day. The hotel’s night-time entertainment, meanwhile is really lively in the summer months. There are shows, cabarets, beach parties and Turkish themed nights. Plus it’s an easy walk to the nearest bars, pubs and clubs if you fancy a change of scene.
