Traditional treat in Dalyan
The Sahin Apart Dalyan makes the perfect place for a tranquil getaway to Turkey. It’s just outside the centre of town and you can wander down to the stunning Dalyan River in around 10 minutes. Here you’ll find a string of waterfront bars and restaurants serving an A to Z of cuisines, including local dishes. It’s quite common to see loggerhead turtles in the water as they make their way along the river to Iztuzu Beach, which has freshwater on one side, and the Mediterranean Sea on the other.
At the hotel itself, you’ll find an outdoor pool with a separate section for little ones to splash about in. The water’s edged by a roomy sun terrace and plenty of loungers, so it’s the ideal place to spend the day chilling out. There’s a poolside bar, too, so you needn’t move far from your lounger for drinks and snacks.
