Base yourself in the heart of Icmeler
Idas Club Hotel is right in the thick of things in Icmeler. You’ll have more bars and restaurants on your doorstep than you can shake a stick at, and the sand-and-pebble shore is less than 10 minutes’ stroll away.
A trio of pools back at base will keep all the water babies happy. The main pool has a water slide down one end to help the little ones make a splash, and there’s a separate, shallow swim spot just for them, too. Tucked off in a quiet corner, meanwhile, is the relax pool – which is for exactly what it says on the tin.
If that’s not quite enough R&R for you, mosey over the road to neighbouring Idas Hotel and check out their wellness offering. Ticking off a sauna and Turkish bath, as well as a small fitness centre for the gym bunnies, it’s just the thing to help you decompress.
The buffet restaurant back at base dishes up generous spreads at mealtimes, so grab a plate and pile it high with a mix of local and international cuisine. There’s a pair of bars on deck, too – one pitched up poolside and one in the lobby – and a restaurant-bar by the relax pool if you fancy treating yourself to a change of scenery.
