"Overall I would not stay again due to the prices and the interaction. I have been to a couple of other places in turkey over the past few years. This hotel was by far the worst! The price for everything was high, really high. £4+ for a glass of juice! That’s just a thing to base it on. A roast dinner for £15-£20 depending on your meat…. It’s more expensive than the uk and the quality is worse than the worst cafe/restaurant I’ve visited. The staff pace around constantly but we tried to call a couple of staff a few times and they were oblivious so we went to order ourselves to then have numerous try to help us. Too late, I was up and I don’t mind doing it myself, was just the first time we went to the bar they seemed annoyed at us being there and called people over to help. Honestly it was the most uncomfortable week. The beds are awful!! Rock hard, not comfortable at all. I’m not just being awkward, I’m honestly not a fussy person or high maintenance person. I’m being honest. The entertainment was so so, it wasn’t like I’ve experienced in other parts of turkey (side, didim) I won’t be going back and wouldn’t recommend. We left frustrated, actually the whole of marmaris was a total rip off, the only good thing was the excursions which we booked externally, it was outside the hotel to the right just after the Indian and Chinese buffet place. We paid £135 for a family of 4 for an all inclusive boat trip which was a full day, plus a morning buggy/quad biking . I’d definitely recommend that. Al Pacino was the name given. He was great!! Even spoke to us after we’d spent money which is rare over there."

"We had an absolutely fantastic holiday here 😀 The staff are brilliant 👏 they are so friendly helpful and welcoming especially the waiters in the hotel restaurant 🥰 the food is very very delicious and plentiful 😋 the entertainment is fabulous 👌 the pools are amazing and the rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day. I broke my wrist while we were out one night and walking back to the hotel and the hotel doctor was very caring. She arranged for an ambulance to take me to hospital and hummed us out to it helping me down the stairs ❤️ Alenz suite we will definitely be back. Thank you so much 💖💗💓"
