Blue Palace Hotel and Apartments

"Very disappointed with my stay as I had booked and paid for a one-bedroom apartment but was initially placed in a dark, dingy basement apartment. After complaining, we were moved the next day but only to a studio apartment, which was not what i had paid for. The housekeeping was also extremely poor. The room was not cleaned properly at all during my 2 week stay. The beds were not changed, and the floors weren’t swept or cleaned. On the one occasion the floor was mopped, it was done with a dirty mop, leaving the room with a horrible smell. The maid also just kept changing one towel rather than them both. The location of the hotel is great and the pool is nice but the room situation and cleanliness really let it down"

"I wanted to take a moment to express how grateful I am to everyone at the hotel for making my stay so great. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel genuinely welcome. The hotel itself was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had such a lovely atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. Every member of staff was friendly and hardworking, always greeting us with a smile. A very special mention goes to Zayn. He truly made my holiday unforgettable. His kindness, warmth, and genuine care for guests stood out from day one. People like Zayn are what make a good holiday become a great one. He is a real credit to the hotel and his dedication to providing exceptional service did not go unnoticed, nothing was ever too much trouble and he made everyone feel welcome and valued. His excellent customer service and positive attitude truly stood out, I will always remember his kindness and the impact he had on my stay. Thank you to all the staff at blue palace hotel for making my stay so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future 😊"
