Club Cettia Apartments

"Me, my mum and my daughter visited these apartments last year and decided we loved it that much we booked again. Firstly the positives - Front of house staff are excellent, amazing. Yasin is the most polite man and super helpful. Always there for a chat, always willing to go the extra mile for you. I do not know the ladies name who works on the desk during the day but she is also extremely polite, helpful and always a smile on her face. The rooms are always cleaned exceptionally well. The maids do such a good job and you can tell they take such pride in their work. The place always smells lovely and fresh too. The outdoor spaces are in a good condition too. Always looks clean and presentable. Bar and waiting staff like last year were great. They work really hard all day and night to ensure guests have refreshments/food and also get involved in the entertainment. The food is of a good quality, not the cheapest, but it’s well worth the money. Engin is always around happy to help! During our stay we could always get a sun bed! No sunbed wars unlike some places 😊 Unfortunately unlike last year where we had no negative comments to make, this year we have a couple to share. I’m not sure why, but there didn’t seem to be that many bar/waiting staff this year. The bar/waiting staff that were on, were working so hard and this is no criticism towards them, there needed to be more staff on for the volume of guests especially during the day. Our room faced out onto the Grand Cettia this year. The noise levels were completely out of control. Mainly from guests at the hotel, which I suppose can’t be helped but this was at 1/2am in the morning some nights. Shouting, swearing, arguing. We also had a couple of nights in the apartments where some guests above us were so very loud very late at night. On some occasions there was arguing and swearing. This was reported downstairs on reception and it was noted. - this didn’t happen last year and I understand people are on holiday etc and sometimes it just depends on who is on holiday at the same time as you. Overall though, the staff are excellent. We can’t say a bad word about any of them at all. They are all amazing and would do anything for any of the guests. They work hard day in day out. Thank you to all the staff from the apartments for making us feel welcome again and we look forward to returning next year. Also another shoutout to Lush and his wife in the shop attached to the apartments. They are both such genuinely nice people. They sell everything you need and are open till quite late at night. We arrived on the first night at gone midnight and were able to grab some water, milk etc 😊"

"Just back from another fabulous holiday at Cettia apartments. Rooms spotless, food was beautiful and the staff can’t do enough for you, they work so hard. Every single staff member is so attentive and go out their way to make sure you have the best holiday possible. Nail the pool guy is the hardest working man I’ve ever met, he’s an absolute credit to Cettia. The entertainment team were great, thank you panda and Adam for making our holiday so much fun. Thank you Aykut and Yasin for dealing with any requests or questions we had, you’re both amazing and very professional. Thank you Engin, Bulent and Zanzy and all the anther bar staff for the amazing service. Also make sure to see Ozzy to book in the spa, he’s a great guy and the treatments are amazing. Anything extra you need go to lush’s shop he has everything. Can’t wait to return. See you all soon."

"Me and my partner came here for our anniversary, and we are so glad we chose this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and looked after throughout our stay. They were incredibly attentive and always happy to help with any questions we had. They also recommended some lovely places to visit, including shops and restaurants nearby, which was really helpful as we were self-catering. The staff truly made our experience in Turkey even more special. They were all so kind and friendly that on our last night, me and my partner gave them a tip to show our appreciation because we genuinely did not want to leave. Our room had everything we needed to prepare food, and there was a Migros supermarket directly across the road — only about a one-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The room was cleaned every single day to an exceptional standard and was always spotless when we returned. Our cleaning lady was absolutely lovely and always went the extra mile. She lined up our shoes, folded any clothes left out, and created a different towel design each day. Sometimes she even decorated the bed with real flowers, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hotel itself also has everything you could need, including a tattoo shop, jewellery shop, and mini market attached to the hotel, making everything very convenient. Although we were self-catering, we still tried the hotel food and drinks several times and were pleasantly surprised. Everything was delicious, reasonably priced, and great value for money. If you are considering going half board, I would definitely recommend it. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Turkey."
