Green Park Apartments

"Average 3star apartments, our room was quite grubby, lots, scum around sink unit in kitchen, shower filthy and mouldy, soap tray was disgusting, could write our name in the dust on the mirror, other than that we were made to feel like their family, nothing was to much, younger staff favoured the young girls for obvious reasons but sometimes came across creepy, we didn't pay for half board tickets and a few times staff tried to put us off eating outside telling us we, would get poorly but in comparison to eating there it was way cheaper outside, however the food was beautful what we did get there, the renovated rooms were however beautiful so would Definately book again but will request a newer room. I found it strange we were approached by the entertainment each evening to put money in hats I've been to a place where we pay for the entertainment, entertainment didn't start untill 10.30pm and two acts for about 15mins and quite repetitive, all in all we did have a fab holiday and planning our next trip there but this time fully prepared 😊 the, staff do work hard and long hours so hats off to them, the cleaner was lovely and friendly and did clean our room again when we complained about the dirt and dust, you get what you pay for just expect 5star quility and you will have a great holiday."

The staff went above and beyond to create a beautiful reception in his memory. Their care, compassion, and attention to detail made a difficult time so much easier. The rooms were comfortable, the location fantastic, but it was really their personal touch that made it special. I can’t thank them enough.”"
