"We are here now and shocked by the negative reviews recently. Been coming to Turkey for 11 years. I can only comment on our room 303 clean, spacious, great shower and good decision to upgrade to a sea view. Staff are really friendly, always say hello, helpful especially the bar staff. Breakfast is buffet style, Turkish but there is a lady who does omelettes or fried eggs if you want. Beach and Pool areas peaceful and no 'sunbed wars' You get what you pay for and this hotel is fantastic value for money and we will return and probably bring the family we enjoyed our stay so much."

"On TUI holiday app they sell this hotel stating that the hotel main meals are buffet style. The breakfast is buffet style. But not the main evening meal. Which is from a basic menu which is restricted depending on your stay. Even the rep that came out agreed the holiday was miss sold via the app. After numerous emails and the rep helping they still haven't changed the write up. 22-10-25. We did receive a part refund."

"Stayed for 9 nights mid October, arrived at 8.30pm to a receptionist who could not find our booking. The place is filthy dirty and in dire need of refurbishment, from the rooms to the dining room to the beach all in need of a deep clean , no towel change for 6 days and were replaced with dirty,stained towels, did not receive 1 single toilet roll the entire stay ,maids removed empty rolls and never replaced, we had to buy them from the supermarket. Had to ask for bedding as all that was on the double bed was a bottom sheet and 1 single size throw, dining room coffee machine was full of grime and filthy as were the tables,chairs and walls, staff wandering round in shorts& flip flops with the same un ironed dirty shirts on for our whole stay, food offering at breakfast was very poor ,had to wait at bar to order a drink whilst guy finished his phone call , was sat in bar 1 evening on our return at around 10.45pm ordered drinks and at 11pm all light were turned off leaving us sat in the dark, the private beach is disgraceful, dirty beds, ripped umbrellas sand absolutely covered in cigarette ends ( and I'm a smoker ) 3 broken overflowing bins that were never emptied for the entire 9 days, spent the least amount of time possible in this dump and would never recommend or return. Not sure were these people giving great reviews were staying but it certainly wasn't here, asked at reception for an iron wow never seen anything like it , could not use as it was so burnt. Boutique hotel this certainly is not."
