Karbel Beach

"This is our 6th year in oludeniz and 3rd stay in karbel so we know what to expect. On arrival we had a few teething problems with our room unfortunately due to bayram the Turkish holiday the hotel was full and we was put in a room that was mid renovation and not ready for guests, we was moved to a beautiful fully renovated room the next day. Massive shout out to Julie the customer relations manager who sorted the problems out and made sure we was happy for the rest of our stay, she really does go above and beyond and is an absolute credit to the hotel. Food has improved massively since we last stayed two years ago, they even have a fresh pancake bar at the pool bar from 12-4, they are to die for! Ice creams daily from 3.30-4.30. Photos with Omer are a must, nobody can resist that cheeky laugh of his and really reasonably priced. Always managed to get a bed around the pool even at 10am. Staff are all lovely and helpful. Free bus to the lagoon beach that collects and drops you back to the hotel. We honestly couldn’t have had a better holiday and can’t wait to go back for our 4th stay in the future."

"We have just returned from a week away at this hotel and to be honest, we could not have had a better experience. The team were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms and general areas were clean and the atmosphere was great. The food was good but we did eat out a few times so we didn’t experience the different foods on offer on different nights/days. Shout out to Omer the photographer and Talib and the team for making us feel like a valued family member. This hotel is also in a great location and not too far from the beach at all."

"The hotel does what you need friendly staff, good rooms with air-con. Food was okay but what you’d expect for the price, bar staff very quick, friendly also pour strong drinks. Plenty of sun beds, pool very clean. Hair and beauty saloon very good, very professional and really good prices. Plenty of places close by to sit in for food or a drink if you’d rather that. Beach near by with plenty of sunbeds which you have to rent. The beach is stony. Lots of bars and restaurants along the beach. Omer the photographer was friendly, professional and a good laugh. He also takes pictures of the iries which were outstanding. His work is unreal and you don’t feel pressured at all to purchase if you don’t want to, although we did purchase quite a few items. 10/10"
