"This hotel is gorgeous and this year was our 2nd visit having first stayed a couple of years ago. We travelled as a family with one child age 11. Our room was lovely, the Patara block is quite far from the main hub (close to the 16+ pool though) meaning it was super quiet at night and gave us a beautiful stroll along the promenade and back at brekkie and dinner. There are a lot of stairs and hill climbing in this resort which we felt justified how much food we ate each day!! I mention this as I saw a few family groups with elderly relatives sometimes struggling with the climb - if this is a concern then do request a room closer to the hub. The food is amazing here and the choice at the buffet is fantastic for foodies. We tried a couple of the extra charge restaurants this trip, they were £10-15pp surcharge and I can say the Italian and Turkish restaurants were definitely worth it. Incredible food - we came out absolutely rolling! We spent most of our days up at the water park area. It’s called kids paradise but the vibe is super chilled and the area is sprawling with loads of sunbeds in a range of well-shaded areas thanks to all the trees and pretty landscaping. There’s a great little cocktail bar just outside it, does a fab frozen daiquiri. The staff are fantastic and I loved attempting some basic Turkish words which they appreciated and taught me some more conversational Turkish which I will keep with me. As a second time visitor I clearly love this place but there were somethings that popped the bubble for me this time. I noticed the spa does a kids Turkish bath / massage experience so we wanted to visit as a family. We visited the spa to learn more about the facilities and book in, and I felt quite pressured to buy things I did not want. I explained we wanted to visit as a family, but the sales rep tried to sell me 10(!!) massages to have every other day of the trip - I was simply not listened to and we ended up spending more than we wanted and it was all a bit of a weird haggle to get to a scrub and massage at the end. As part of the “deal” we were also invited to make use of the spa facilities (sauna and Turkish bath) for free separately from our treatment, however despite saying we had never visited a Turkish bath before, there wasn’t anyone to show us how the use the facilities or what to do. Someone brought us a towel and a metal bowl and left us to it. No idea where the showers were etc - was all a bit weird and awkward. That said, the actual treatments we had (Turkish bath and then a massage) the following day were absolutely delightful and the therapists are amazing. Really lovely and kind ladies who took great care of my son, husband and I. So proceed with caution at the spa. In all we spent £500 on 2 treatments each for 2 adults 1 child, which is as much if not more than I’d spend in the UK. Separately I visited the salon near the main bar to get a basic gel manicure, I was charged £25 which was an amount that did not match any of the prices on the published price list."

"Amazing hotel, grounds are immaculate and team are engaging and friendly. We will definitely be returning soon. Special mention to Mesut in the restaurant for outstanding service and also to our housekeeper. Do not have any hesitation and just book it, you will not be disappointed."

"A must-visit place for nature lovers. Just note that all images and videos on the web reflect only a tiny fraction of this Aegean splendour. The local football academy is a gem in its own right. Run by the legendary coach -- Beyazıt bey -- year after year the Academy attracts hundreds of footballets (boys and girls!) and their ardent supporters (parents and extended family!). Majority (myself included) are returning guests. Hats off to the Coach. It's a true art to strike that delicate balances, bringing together kids of different ages, skill levels (novices to advanced), characters, cultural backgrounds, as well as handling some parents' attitudes... The Coach consistently manages to run a great show while keeping it reasonably competitive. The atmosphere is always very warm and engaging, and the sense of happiness is definitely in the air! Note: tournaments are arranged every fortnight, training sessions are held at the Aquapark, kids spit into 2 age groups: ~6-9 / 9-12 YO. Hurry up before it is late -- kids are growing so fast...
