"We’ve just returned from a fantastic stay at the newly opened Green Nature Luxurious Hotel and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and has everything you need for a relaxing luxury getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning Helios Spa, which we visited twice for a Turkish bath and massage experience. The facilities are exceptional, with everything you could want to unwind and relax. Cem made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived, giving us a full tour of the spa and helping us choose the perfect Signature Couples Package. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him or any of the spa staff. The activities around the hotel were excellent and catered for all ages. Our son absolutely loved the Kids Club and looked forward to attending every day. The beach bar was another favourite spot of ours, offering beautiful views and a refreshing afternoon breeze while enjoying delicious cocktails. The evening entertainment was also very impressive and provided something enjoyable every night. A special mention must go to Derya, the restaurant manager, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. Her exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel truly valued. She is a real asset to the hotel. We would also like to thank Dilara from Guest Relations, who was incredibly helpful and informative throughout our holiday. Nothing was ever a problem, and she was always happy to assist. Tuna, the Guest Relations Manager, was equally fantastic. She was friendly, approachable, and helped us quickly resolve a couple of issues on arrival, ensuring our holiday got off to the perfect start. Highly recommend we would go back."

"We couldn’t wait to get to this hotel after visiting Turkey previously ( Fabay ) and seeing what their 5 star hotels were all about. Whitsun week. We arrived late, check in was smooth as only 3 families checking in at the same time. We were impressed with lobby area and staff seemed kind and friendly. We were in block 2, travelling with our 12 yo. The room was a great size, bed was huge and like a huge cloud to sleep on ❤️, but then our daughter’s bed was shocking, like she was camping ! The sofa bed was not suitable for anyone over the age of 8. It had no mattress. We couldn’t get the air on to work ( later found out after calling maintenance 3 times that the language on it had been changed to Russian) so slept with the balcony door open, none of us slept well as we were hot. The bathroom was great, shower worked well, and nice toiletries. My husband who is a plumber could see many pitfalls in the design of the bathroom, using wrong materials which will need replacing sooner rather than later. Storage was an issue, we ended up having piles of clothes over the floor as there was just no space for 3 people’s clothes! The hotel was pretty quiet for the first day or so, but then it seemed to get x4 as busy! The hotel grounds were beautiful, beds around the pool were really lux, plenty of bars to get what you needed. The pools initially were really cold, but warmed up slightly as the week went on, I don’t get the fact that if you heat the pools, why don’t you ? Seeing near empty pools wasn’t inviting us in ! The step ladders weren’t amazing to get in and out of the pool, I’ve got a bad back and knee and only just managed. The water park was amazing, but the water was freezing in there. Still had fun though. The beach was nice, beds too and an a cordoned off section for safe swimming, the kids really enjoyed getting a floatie and going in there. There’s toilets and towels down there too. The beach bar wasn’t great, hardly any English spoken and didn’t know how to make the drinks anyone was asking for. The food on offer in the main buffet was ok, not amazing, I’m vegetarian and sometimes found it hard to make a cohesive plate of food. Lunchtimes were actually the worst meal of the day, same food, same place, was just very repetitive. They definitely need to switch this up. Unfortunately the staff seemed totally overwhelmed, many can’t speak English and seem totally out of their depth. However there’s 3 members of staff who were excellent. Kerem the skater waiter, what a sweet boy he was, using google translate to communicate, providing excellent service. He came to give us a hug in reception when we left. Lovely boy. Omer in the main dining hall was absolutely excellent and very attention - his service was that of Liberty Fabay. He is a role model for other staff. We didn’t get the name of the omelette lady, but she was amazing and happy each day and made our daughter smile. Our daughter gave her a friendship bracelet. The Italian à la carte looked beautiful, service wasn’t great unfortunately. Overwhelmed quite early on, I ordered gnocchi and it was inedible, so I sent back and had some pasta. Our friend’s main meal was totally missed off the order when I heard him order it. The rooftop bar was beautiful, but the servers seemed totally overwhelmed not want to be there and didn’t know how to engage with their guests. The nighttime entertainment was really loud, but on way too late and queue for drinks was awful. I went to guest relations and informed the young girl of our week’s findings, she wasn’t surprised the slightest. I asked for the late checkout room to be free which she kindly sorted, and we appreciated that but - on doing that she asked for me to leave a good review. I didn’t like this tactic and I understand it’s a new hotel. But it was like 10 people knew what they were doing and the rest were winging it. But - overall it is a beautiful hotel, with so much promise. If they get their staffing right, and make some alterations by listening to us customers then I don’t see why it won’t be a huge success. But these tweaks have to be made before they get slammed in summer holidays. The weather was a pretty good week, the forecast wasn’t looking great but it hardly rained at all and started off being around 26 degrees and finished on around 30. The town was great and a 15 min walk away, all flat. We used basket travel to go to turtle beach and sanctuary. Paid £100 for a private chauffeur and he waited and brought us home. We left the hotel around 1pm and were back for around 5pm. The beach is stunning, warm sea and we had the best time jumping the waves. The sanctuary was really worthwhile seeing. 🐢. The scenery is beautiful and it’s a lovely area, we saw mountain goats up the mountain on the way to the town. Would we return, yes but not for a while. We’ve been spoilt by Liberty Fabay as the service is off the chart there. Come on Green nature Sarigerme - it’s yours for the taking, just some minor changes and you could be in a different league."
