"The location is great so close to St. Helier but on the seafront. The staff are fantastic and that's everyone from the front of house to the behind the scenes. It's my home from home because that's how I'm made to feel, like part of the family. I cannot recommend it highly enough the comfort, food and everything you need to relax"

"We had a wonderful Mother’s Day at the Ommaroo Hotel. The food was exceptional and the service was amazing from start to finish. The staff were especially accommodating to our children (aged 5 and 8), which made the experience even more enjoyable and relaxing for us as a family. A special shout-out to Charles, who was incredibly kind and lovely with our children – he really made them feel welcome and went out of his way to engage with them. Small touches like that make a big difference. Thank you to the whole team for making our Mother’s Day celebration so special. We’ll definitely be back next year, if not sooner!"

"I was very lucky in winning an overnight stay for 2 at the Ommaroo last weekend which included an evening meal for 2, a rum cocktail each and breakfast each. I found our room extremely clean and tidy, complete with a king size bed and a sea view. My only fault was the shower it was a bit small, but it worked perfectly. All members of staff were very smart, polite, and very friendly. Our dining experience was truly magnificent with the staff very knowledgeable on all the menu’s and were helpful when helping us to decide on choices. I chose crab linguine whilst my wife decided on the chicken schnitzel,they both were great with excellent sized portions and hot. The following morning we sat down to breakfast which was perfect, a self service style. The owner of the hotel Fiona and her General Manager Norbert have got a magnificent team working for them. Thank you so much for an incredible stay. We will be back. Oh and thanks to Henry (staff) for popping the balloon for me to won the stay"
