"Best location and easy access to station. Front office team is really helpful. Special thanks to Gulcine, Dhruvi Avelino and Manager Mr.Achila. Housekeeping needs to improve a bit as floors are not that well maintained. No hotwater mostof the time and lot of imrovment needs on maintaining the room, AC grill is not cleaned and water presure is not that good in the shower. Breakfast is great and Ms Nema is friendly and helpful. Rates are expencive."

"We stayed one night in a Kings Junior Suite at this Hilton. The room included breakfast and executive lounge privileges. When we entered the hotel, the initial impression was a very dirty and worn rug underneath the revolving door. The rest of our stay confirmed our initial impression that the upkeep on the hotel is neglected. The lounge is sad and outdated. Some of the furniture in our suite was stained and worn. The breakfast spread was excellent except for a coffee machine that made lukewarm cappuccinos. Why spoil a great breakfast with mediocre coffee? The coffee machine is a disgrace. The hotel could use a facelift to raise it to higher Hilton Hotel standards."

"Arriving in Paddington the location of the hotel is great. Staff were helpfull, the hotel areas a bit dated, but if your think art deco maybe, it’s great, and clean. The rooms, highest ceilings ever in a hotel room. Air con rubbish, space for a fridge but no fridge, bathroom v clean but not a fresh smell, not unpleasant just drains. Deco very art deco. Rooms a fair size. For an expensive hotel I think you could do better at that price, but its location is great. Paddington bit of a dump."
