"This was our third stay and from check in to check out our experience was excellent. Staff are very attentive, well trained and went out of their way to make our stay an amazing memorable occasion. We received a wonderful warm welcome on arrival, our room was beautifully appointed with a high level of attention to detail; and breath taking skyline views over the city. The wellness and sensory suite is the place to go after a busy day it’s a real sea of tranquility with its infinity pool and sensory suite, a great place to relax. Breakfast at Straits Kitchen was a joy and delight a wonderful ambience, huge breakfast selection all matched by first class service, well worthy of a MasterChef venue. Huge thank you to all the Pan Pacific team, can’t wait to return!"

"Staying at the Pan Pacific London felt like stepping into another world. If someone had told me I’d been transported to Asia, I would have believed them. The climate inside the hotel, the signature fragrance, and the serene, curated décor created an atmosphere that felt worlds away from Liverpool Street. It was immersive, calming, and unlike anything I’ve experienced in London. My bedroom was pure luxury — every detail designed with the guest in mind. I adored the charming Singapore tea service, with each item — tea, sugar, milk and the tiniest teaspoons — nestled into its own dedicated place. My favourite feature was the desk with the built‑in vanity mirror and the Dyson hairdryer resting in its own custom slot. It was thoughtful, elegant, and made getting ready feel special. The wellness facilities were exceptional. The gym felt like my own private space, beautifully equipped and peaceful, and the infinity pool overlooking London was breathtaking. But as impressive as the facilities were, it was the staff who made my stay unforgettable. Every single person I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. I enjoyed a full English breakfast in the stunning restaurant, and when I arrived late, the new restaurant manager, Helen, encouraged me to take my time — such a small gesture, but it made me feel cared for rather than rushed. The breakfast itself was a banquet: poached eggs cooked to order, all the English breakfast favourites, mini hash browns, pastries… I only wish I could have eaten more. I also want to thank Maame, who had only been there three weeks. I needed help with my dress as I was travelling alone, and she accompanied me to my room without hesitation, making me feel completely at ease. And a special mention to Nitsa Eloshvili, the Guest Relations Manager, who somehow managed to fit all my wedding gifts — and the fabulous Pan Pacific robe — into a tiny bag. It felt like magic. It’s clear why the recruitment process is so selective. Every member of staff embodies the hotel’s values and makes you feel at home. And I truly did. If I could have moved in, I would have. The penthouse may be out of my league, but the experience as a whole made me feel like I belonged there. I would recommend Pan Pacific London 100%, and I cannot wait to return."
