"I want to start by thanking everyone at the hotel who made my holiday special and what a way to celebrate my birthday but in style .I thought the room was bigger than I had intisapated.bed was big and comfortable.i also liked the bathroom with the walk in shower. Then the choice of food at breakfast was big variety.and the restaurant in the hotel was good maybe could do with more choice otherwise agreat experience.thanks to the reception team for your professionalism and kindness and respect you gave.to finish I recommend this hotel and hope to return some time my sincere thanks Paul crocker"

"Loved this hotel - from the friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you to the immaculate clean rooms - the quietness of the surrounding area for being in a city centre - the whole stay was perfect. Perfect location for all attractions. Immaculate in all areas and rooms. Friendly helpful staff - especially the girls and gentleman on reception and the man running the breakfast service. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Large spacious airy rooms - quiet for a great nights sleep."

"I think I only have myself to blame. I paid £650 - paid in advance and non refundable - for a 2 night stay and I can honestly say it wasn’t worth that money. There were absolutely no extras you would expect from such a high end group of hotels. I was horrified to read on trivago a 2 night stay was down to £583 that evening. Room was cold late into the evening and eventually warmed up late at night. Breakfast was great - a great member of staff serving - missed his name but he heard our accents and immediately we had that connection and he looked after us - as it appeared with everyone. A real credit to your hotel. The evening menu didn’t have a large variety and we heard mixed reports on the quality of food and decided to eat out. Work could be done on the entrance from the lifts to your gym/pool/spa area - it was scruffy and felt like a staff entrance. Please replace the water fountain beside the men’s and ladies changing rooms. The rust on the stainless steel sink is bad looking and unhygienic. I’m sorry when you have had such amazing reviews but I just didn’t feel the same."
