"Good location, close to city centre and all the attractions and restaurants. The first room we were given was in the basement and was a bit dingy, the second room was on the 2nd floor with a view of the park across the street, much nicer. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful. The restaurant and terrace are lovely. The bar is wonderful, serving delicious cocktails. We would stay here again."

"Just checked in would not stay here again we were put in a basement. Right next to ground level traffic. My claustrophobia is on overload. Phone does not work. Do not recommend"

"This hotel was in a great location. It was quiet, but still close enough to walk to everything we wanted to see. The staff was accommodating when we arrived too early for our room to be ready by holding our bags. We had a lovely conversation with the bar staff while enjoying some drinks. The room itself was clean, and the bed was comfortable. My only real complaint is that the room was so hot, and we could not adjust the temperature. No matter what we did with the thermostat, it was warm. The staff kindly brought us a fan, but it didn't do much. We found out later in our trip that literally every store and hotel we went to was too warm for us. We're from the midwest so I guess we're just used to the cooler weather and tend to keep our home on the cooler side even in the winter. The breakfast in the restaurant was good enough, though not spectacular."
