Cyprotel Faliraki Hotel

"Excellent Stay in Faliraki! From the very beginning, everything about our stay was positive. The check-in process was smooth, and we immediately felt welcome. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The food was genuinely very good, with plenty of options to choose from every day. The drinks were also great, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of both the alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. One of the highlights of the hotel was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their positive attitude made our holiday even more enjoyable. The location was another big advantage. It was convenient and made it easy to explore Faliraki and enjoy the surrounding area. If I had to mention any negatives, they would be very minor. The evening entertainment could be a bit more varied and exciting, as after a few days it felt somewhat repetitive. However, this did not significantly affect our overall experience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Faliraki. We would definitely consider returning in the future!"

"We went for a week at the end of May to the begging of June. I had read reviews from others saying about food and cleanliness. However none of them were right. The food was ok. They do need to state what each dish is rather than just chicken, beef or vegetarian. It would be nice to know. But it was tasty. The snack bar was great. The rooms are just what you want and the cleaning staff do a fantastic job. They even arranged my daughters teddies on the bed in a really cute way. Entertainment well what can I say simply that it was fantastic. Day times I did aqua fit with Sam he really makes it fun. And Marlyn was in the pool with us also making this a great activity. We did archery they do need more arrows but a good time was had by all. There was plenty for children. My daughter enjoyed the treasure hunt. The evening events are great. Face painting balloon animals mini disco and then the show. Ricko Sam Marlyn and the team do a fantastic job. They made our holiday so good. Ricko and Sam especially my daughter loves them and is asking to go back just to see them. They made her feel special. Thank you for all you do and I hope we will come again and see you there."

"I have visited numerous all inclusive hotels and I feel there are positives and negatives with all of them, as it is easy to compare past experiences. This might be a long read but I wanted to capture all of my observations. Of course it depends what an individual likes and doesn't like. The hotel staff were fantastic! Anything we needed at all, they were there to listen and help as much as they could. Really lovely and welcomming. There were two options for food, the main food hall or the snack bar. The snack bar was open from 11:00-16:30 and this was the best snack bar I have ever seen. General burgers, meatballs and chips etc, such as cheese pies, vegetarian option burger bites? You could toast your own toastie, cakes, and a salad bar. I have never had this much choice before. The snack bar also offered icecreams and at certain times, slush drinks and trays of doughnut balls with various flavoured chocolate or syrup sauces and toppings. Self serve soft drinks and a beer or water tap. You can find water taps in various places across the complex. The main food hall offered traditional Greek cuisine, fresh pizzas, and anything else that is usually expected at an all inclusive. We had a big group and some fussy eaters, but of course chips were always available. And there is a kids station too. The lamb they served was the best I have ever had! At the start of the week, the main food hall offered takeaway trays, though these must have ran out and you aren't allowed to take plates to the room. The snack bar only offers takeaway trays, so you can take to your room or eat by the pools if you wish. Between our family group, we had deluxe rooms and family rooms. The deluxe rooms were lovely and modern and cosy. The deluxe rooms are situated down some stretched out steps. My grandmother stayed here and unfortunately we had to have a room change due to the steps for her and further steps to reach her room. While there are ramps available accross the complex, there isn't from these rooms and so I would suggest not staying in these if you have mobility issues or are a wheelchair user. The complex is generally not suitable for someone who struggles to walk, due to the size of it and the distance between the reception, rooms or pools. This is by no means a negative on the hotels part. The none deluxe rooms were basic as you would expect but very clean and no complaints from us. Very spacious. Fresh towels are offered and beds are made daily. Not Sundays,so don't throw towels on the floor Saturday night and have to play 'guess whose towel' on Sunday 😅. Upon arrival,you receive water in the fridge, this is a one off, but you can refill. There are no lifts to any of the apartments, I believe they are all three storey. There is a lift in reception which can take you to the food hall and the rooftop bar. There is a free bus to the beach a couple of times a day, it takes you too a rocky beach but a short walk and you reach a nicer beach. A walk to the beach takes around 20 minutes. There is a road train that offers day trips. We intended to use this but the week went too fast. To walk to the main strip, takes around 15 minutes, a taxi is around €10-€15 and can be ordered with 5 minutes notice of wanting to leave. Kids are allowed in the bars until it becomes more rowdy in the late evening. Activities were always offered around the pool. Check out the instagram page; darts, frappé making, football darts, table tennis, dancing, water aerobics etc. If you play beer pong, you must refuse to drink two cups of Ouzo. This is not big or clever. The animation team were very friendly. We didn't really watch any entertainment in the evenings as we had a big group and the time flew too much. I recall an abba tribute and another singer. The rooftop bar has an arcade for the kids, drinks are served in glasses. Alcohol is served in the main pool bar and in the roof top bar. Overall, we had a nice experience at this hotel and although I tend not to revisit the same places, I would recommend it, especially if you have children."
